The manager (Carlos) and the staff were extremely helpfu, knowledgeable, and professional in helping me complete my purchase. Recently went for my first service appointment and they had a ducati specialist working on my bike. It is nice to walk into a store and make a purchase with no pressure . The Ducati sales floor area has been renovated and is extremely nice. I truly enjoy walking into this store.
